How To Make This Cute Heart-Shaped Cookie For Valentine's Day ♥
Ingredients :
~Cookie mix
~licorice or frosting
~cookie cutters
optional: ~heart-shaped pan
~oven

1.) choose a type of cookie that you would like to make. In this picture, its chocolate chip.

2.) You need a big heart-shaped cookie cutter and/or they do sell, in stores, heart-shaped baking pans. You can use the baking pan for this but just make sure you spread the cookie dough out evenly.

3.) make the cookie mix and then poor the cookie dough into the pan or use a large, heart-shaped cookie cutter toshape the cookie.

4.) bake the cookie for as long as the cookie mix batter box says to, adding probably 10 minutes or so depending on how thick the cookie dough is.

5.) when it's done, take it out to cool

6.) while the big cookie is cooking , go ahead and take a second cookie mix, of your choice, and start making it.

7.) when you have all the ingrediants mixed together and have made cookie dough than use ur cookie cutters to shape them into "xoxo"

8.) bake those cookies once you are done baking the other one, unless you have a double tray thingy in your oven or another oven.

9.) when done, let it cool.

10.) then take the licorice, place it on the cookies as if you were re-writing or tracing the letters "xoxo" OR you could take frosting and trace overthe cookies.

Hint: I think it looks cool if you dont completely coverthe entire cookie with frosting. this way it stands out, but itw ill look fine either way :)

10.) place the 4 "xoxo" cookies on top of the big heart-shaped cookie, serve and enjoy :)

Hope This Helped :)

I deffinately want to make this soon! The two top pics are actually from my sister-in-law, she made those cookies.

How To Decorate Cookies For Valentine's Day

How To Decorate Cookies For Valentine's Day
How To Decorate Cookies For Valentine's Day

~ Cookies ~
1.) Bake some swag cookies :) some ideas
~sugar cookies
~red velvet cookies
~chocolate chip cookies
~chocolate fudge cookies
~brownie cookies

etc

2.) let them completely cool

~ Frosting ~
3.) pick out a frosting
~strawberry
~vanilla
~chocolate
~cream cheese flavoring or whatever :)

4.) if you want to color your frosting then you'll use ur food dye :) example: if you want your vanilla frosting to be pink or red than at red food coloring. if you are using chocolate icing/frosting then that may be a little hard to get pink...or red though.

~ Details ~
5.) for small detail art you will need your plastic bag. Put the frosting into the bag and use scissors to cut one corner of the bag and squeez the frosting out to make your design.

~ Drizzle~
6.) if you are wanting to drizzle it on there then just heat up the frosting just a bit. Probably for 15 - 20 seconds and use a spoon to drizzle it across the cookie.

~ Sprinkles ~
7.) After putting the frosting on, before the frosting has a chance to dry on the top, sprinkle on your choice of sprinkles.

8.) if you dont put frosting on your cookies than before the cookie has a chance to cool, sprinkle the sprinkles on it so that the bottom of the sprinkles can somewhat melt onto the cookies and then cool with them, resulting in the sprinkles sticking to the cookie.

Hope This Helps!! :D

So so so so so so so sorry this was late! been super busy today!

Sel ♥

How To Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries For Valentine's Day ♥
Chocolate Covered Strawberries ~

So this is a super easy thing to do :)

Ingrediants:
Strawberries

Chocolate:
~chocolate chips - white, swirled, dark, caramel, etc whichever type of chocolate you like best. You could even get a hersheys bar.

Sprinkles-optional

Nuts-optional

Wax Paper

Plate

Instructions:

1.) wash the strawberries haha I always wash my fruit before i eat it. it's just better that way because you can get any excess dirt off or any other unwelcome thing that is sitting on the surface of the fruit.

2.) You can either microwave or put your chocolate in a pan on the stove to melt it.

~Microwave: place the chocolate in a bowl and heat it up for a bout 15 - 20 seconds then stir. Repeat this as many times as it takes until chocolate is completely melted ( shouldn't take too long)

~Stove: put chocolate in a pan, turn heat up to about mild to medium heat and it should take about five minutes or so. Make sure to stir the chocolate so that none of it burns on the bottom of the pan ( which is why you should keep it at a mild- medium temperature depending on your stove) and also it helps the chocolate to melt faster.

3.) Next you dip the strawberries into the chocolate. I find it easier if you use toothepicks or shish kabob sticks to hold the strawberry while you dip it in the chocolate. Not only does it help you get the chocolate evenly distributed aroundthe strawberry but it also is easier to manage and yo u dont have to worry about getting your hands messy.

4.) set the chocolate-covered strawberries on the wax paper to dry.

5.) If you do want to decorate the strawberries, like in the pictures, with nuts or sprinkles, now is the time to do so. Sprinkle it on while the strawberries are still wet. If you want to drizzle a different color of chocolate on top of the already chocolate-covered strawberry ( like in the bottom righ picture) let the strawberries dry then use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberry.

message me for any tips, DIY tips, questions, recipes, etc :)
